The other night, we were dancing around to the music channel on our t.v. (they have a "KIDS ONLY" one that our kids love) and I thought to myself...you know what would be fun..., "let shut the lights off, get the flashlights and have a dance party".
So, we did exactly that! With the lights off, the music pumping and the flashlights dancing...we had a blast! So much fun, that we drew attention from the neighbors, who noticed the flashing lights in the window (since it was dark in the house) and called to check on us. That totally cracked me up! When they heard what we were doing, they said that they wanted to come join the party!
Pretty sure, even though it was such a simple thing for us to do...my kids will never forget doing it. We all laughed, danced and had fun partying to the flashes of light from the flashlights in our very dark house!
