Not sure if you remember or not, but we reviewed an adventurous toy line last year that not only took my kids on an adventure...but provided us with hours of fun and awesome memories.
This year...they have come out with even more products...and I have a feeling if your family is anything like ours (and loves to be outside), you're going to be picking these up at your local store or online to have a "BACKYARD SAFARI" with your kids.
Thanks to Team Mom, we received four awesome new products to use on our BACKYARD SAFARI from Backyard Safari Outfitters:
First off, the Hiking Stick was absolutely up on my son's alley. He read all about it, but more than anything, he loved using it to walk with (so his legs wouldn't get tired) and push and prod plants, the grass and insects.
Secondly, the Mega Magnifier was perfect for the lovely earthworm that was uncovered when we went out on our excursion. Not only was it big enough for "ALL" of the kids to see with, but it also showed our little squirmy buddy up close and personal, without actually having our faces super close to the worm itself. I think mommy liked this more than anyone else.
The Base Camp Expedition took a little bit of time (but was very easy) to construct, plus we had plenty of excited little helpers. I loved that it was not a full tent, but more of a "SHELTER". It comes along with a lantern that can hang inside to "LIGHT" things up. There's also pockets inside for storage and plenty of room for all the adventurers.
The Camouflage was perfect for keeping our "Base Camp" discreet. The kids loved that they were hidden in their own little secret shelter.
I really love that Backyard Safari Outfitters products get my kids outside, playing, being adventurous, learning about nature and playing together. We haven't met a product yet that my kids don't LOVE and get tons of exciting fun out of.
WE are HUGE fans!!
