Payton Has Finally Left Her Mark...
On her daddy's leg that is....
John finally got her name tattooed on the back of his leg like he's had Clayton and Brooklyn's names. It's only taken 2 1/2 years...but it's finally there and in permanent purple ink. Looks great and sounds like they had a great time! He went with our friend Ryan (who also got a tattoo of his kids names on his arm) and our friend Brian (who threatened his wife that he was going to get her name tattooed across his chest, but he didn't). LOL!
John decided that he will wait to get Mason's, so he'll have a story for each tattoo experience.
Now keep in mind that a month before that was written, our youngest son was born...who will be turning 3 in August. That means that, for the past three years, there's been a tattoo waiting to be done...that has yet to be completed. Why? Not sure! We had the perfect opportunity in Puerto Rico last year, since we had no kids with us, we were on our way home (so we didn't have to worry about it getting wet), etc. and he opted not to.
The main reason why he's waited...he wants a "STORY" to go along with it. Clayton's tattoo was done overseas in the Navy. Brooklyn's tattoo was done on Ohio State's Campus. Payton's tattoo was done with two of his closest guy friends. So he needs a reason, I guess, to go have Mason's done.
CAN YOU HELP ME COME UP WITH A SCENERIO THAT MIGHT PROMPT HIM TO WANT TO GO NOW?
It's summer and he's wearing shorts again, I feel the need to add a little pressure and I am hoping you'll help! Mason is old enough now to know that his name is not on daddy's leg and I REALLY THINK he needs to get it done ASAP!

What do you think? Leave a comment, if you would, encouraging him to get his last tattoo, maybe a "story" idea of how it could get done and be we can be FINISHED with it. He'll never have to get another tattoo again!
