We know that it’s simple – not to mention important – to bring plastic bags back to a local supermarket or retailer for recycling. But many people don’t realize just how easy the process is, or that there are literally thousands of plastic bag drop-off points around the country in their own backyards! With your help and in honor of Earth Day, we’re going to remind the world how critical it is to recycle plastic bags. How can you pitch in (literally)? Keep reading….
Did you know that Hilex Poly’s Bag-2-Bag program has more than 30,000 locations across the country? Help us raise awareness about how easily you can recycle your plastic bag by submitting a picture of you recycling your bags at your local plastic bag drop-off location! This Earth Day, we want to remind people about the importance of recycling and how to recycle plastic bags.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Take a picture of yourself dropping off bags at your local plastic bag recycling drop-off location – whether that’s a nearby supermarket, retailer or you’re your neighborhood recycling center -- and upload it here with the address of the drop-off location in the caption.
Have your friends vote on your photo to make it eligible. A photo must have 10 votes by 11:59 pm EST on April 27 to be eligible.
You can upload photos from 12:01 am EST April 20 until 11:59 pm EST April 27.
Voting is open from 12:01 am EST April 20 until 11:59 pm EST April 27.
Additional details:
Drop off locations do not have to be Hilex Poly Bag-2-Bag locations; any location that accepts plastic bags count.
