Madonna ushered in the decade with a bumping slice of Eurofied dance pop. "Music," believe it or not, sounds like something Radiohead would've popped onto "Kid A," just without the Madonna vocal, of course. It's exactly what you'd think of when the word "incessant" comes to mind - drums scat and boom with a bleeping synth carrying the melody, one that sounds so damn effortless.
The video, of course, gave America its first big glimpse at Ali G and the brilliance that is Sacha Baron Cohen.
